In General:

-We have the right to remove any of your perks, ranks, access to our services or items rewarded at anytime, especially if we deem their usage to be abusive to the servers stated rules, in-game.

-If you'd like to be refunded please contact alias "Darkermoon" in-game or in discord: "safirey", if so, make sure your purchase was made recently (Within 48 hours).

-Issuing a charge back will ban you from our services and minecraft server.

-Due to the volatile nature of updating software and plugins becoming outdated/broken. The perks, price, name of the rank you obtain after donating might change at any time without any warning.

1. You have parental permission or are at the legal age of purchasing.

2. You have authorization to use the debit/credit card and/or paypal account to donate.

3. You will not charge back, dispute, reverse any payments.

4. You will not abuse your gifts and/or ranks.

5. We reserve the right to ban any account without notice for any reason.

If you do not agree with the terms listed above then please do not donate.

Failure to comply with any these Terms can lead to a permanent ban/ipban from all of our services.
